Ikaho Ropeway

A ropeway connecting the Ikaho spa town and the Higashiyama summit peak. The 4th floor is the departure / arrival depot. The first floor is a tourist information office. The journey time is about 4 minutes. When I get off the train station, there are the Ikaho Skate Center and Kamiyama Park Observatory deck, which can see the surrounding mountains and the Kanto Plain.
Kaminoyama Park

It is a park in the vicinity of "Observatory Station" at the summit of the ropeway extending from the Ikaho spa town. Spring azalea and fall foliage in autumn are very beautiful, and the relaxed time flows.
A crush deck and a shining bell
The Kanto plain spread under the eyes, you can enjoy fresh green in the summer, autumn leaves in autumn, snowy mountains and winter seasons in winter. In addition, it is one of the "power spots" that echoes far away if you ring with a wish in the bell of shining desires (Kibo).

Main street of Ikaho spa town. Onside of the stone steps, hot spring ryokan, souvenir shop, shooting shop and so on line up, plenty of hot spring emotion. It also became the stage of Tokutomi Rika's novel "Akihiji", and in the middle of the stone steps is poetry of Yosano Akiko's "Ikaho no Machi" poetry engraved.
Ikaho Shrine

A historic shrine famous as the Ueno country Sannomiya with Tsuyoka Shonen Shrine and Akagi shrine Akagi. The god of deity is Otsumi Takashi and Shihiko Namikoshi, hot spring · medical god. Taiko Takashi is also known as the god of marriage as well as the powerful monk being held in Izumo Taisha.
Yumoto Kawaga Bridge

Ikaho Rotenbukuro

Mizusawa Kannon

It is said to be the opening base of Emperor Suiko, the thirteenth sixth Buddhist office of Bando Thirty - three. It is popular in the name of Mizusawa Magnification in general. Mizusawa udon

At both sides of the approach to Mizusawa Kansei noodles, "Mizusawa udon" shops are counted as one of the three biggest udon in Japan (Inagari noodles of Akita, Sanuki noodles of Kagawa, Mizusawa udon of Gunma). Kosi's strong noodles are popular.

Various fruits are cultivated around nature-rich Ikaho, and fruit hunting is also crowded as a sightseeing spot. Please drop in by the snack on the way.
Grapes Summer – Fall
Shinto village and Yoshioka town located in the central part of Gumma prefecture are the largest production areas in Gunma prefecture where more than 60 vineyards gather .
Apple fall
There are more than 70 apple farms in Shibukawa City, and you can experience apple hunting during the harvest season from September to November. 100% apple juice is also reputed.
Strawberry Spring
There are four garden strawberry farms in Akagi Town, Shibukawa City, the famous strawberry hunting place in Gumma prefecture.
Toys and dolls car museums

Exhibit old-fashioned toys, dolls and teddy bears by subject. A sweets store yokocho that reproduced the streets of Showa. A car museum exhibiting classic cars and famous cars of the past year. Showa Star Romantikan. Popular theme parks such as squirrels are fulfilling. Kids work land is open recently. It is a large compound museum that can satisfy you a lot, from couples, families to elderly people !!

Kokage doll workshop can be watched for free and painting experience classes and mail order are also on sale. Please drop in when you come by sightseeing. You can enjoy with your whole family. I am pleased as a souvenir to overseas (home city).
